Our Return & Exchange Commitment
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact. Your satisfaction is as important to us as the quality of our tour-level equipment.
Important Exceptions
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- BALL MARKERS & DIVOT TOOLS (due to personal use nature)
- BATTERIES (electronic components)
- Personalized or custom-ordered equipment
- Any item not in its original condition (used, damaged, or missing parts)

Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange
Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our Customer Care team at [email protected] with:

- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 24-48 hours, we’ll email you:
- Return Authorization Number (RMA)
- Prepaid return shipping label (for defective items)
- Instructions for packaging your return
Note: For non-defective returns, return shipping is at customer’s expense.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your item(s) securely in the original packaging and include all accessories. Affix the provided label (or your own for non-defective returns) and ship to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your receipt until the return is processed.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after receiving your return.
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs.
You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is issued. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Specify your desired replacement item in your return request
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received
- For expedited exchanges, you may place a new order and we’ll refund the original upon return
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective equipment (which we work hard to prevent):

- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees/duties are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
